You send us the listing
In one of four ways: as a link, as pasted text, as a screenshot or PDF, or as the key facts of your own property. All four lead to the same report.
We check it
Market value, asking price, location, obligations and costs. Up to 20 figures are recalculated without AI, then a second, independent model reads everything against it.
You get the report
After a few minutes your report is ready, with the value, your maximum bid, the warnings and a number anyone can use to verify it.
Four ways, one result
You do not need a link.
Some portals do not allow automated reading, among them ImmoScout24, Immowelt and willhaben. That is their decision and we do not work around it. For you it changes nothing: the other three ways give you the same report and work with every portal, in every country.

Every figure here comes from that very report. Nothing is staged.
The title and the three warnings inside this card are quoted word for word from the German report they come from. We do not translate them here, because then the page would say something different from the report itself.
