Virtual walk-through

Walk through the property before you drive there.

A walk-through like an agent's: click a room in the floor plan and see the matching photo, switch between levels. For a real property your own photos or generated room images go in here.

What the walk-through is good for

Sort out before you drive there

A viewing costs half a day. Anyone who sees beforehand how the rooms sit next to each other saves the trips to flats that do not fit anyway.

See rooms in context, not as single pictures

Listings show the prettiest corner of every room. Here you click in the floor plan and see where that room lies, how big it is in relation and what comes next to it.

Collect questions for the viewing

Whatever stands out in the walk-through you note down and ask on site. A dark courtyard or a narrow passage is easier to spot on screen than during a guided viewing.

What the walk-through does not replace

The viewing. Smell, how much you hear through the walls, damp and the state of windows and pipes show themselves only on site. The walk-through helps you pre-sort, it does not decide.

Stay in the loop

We write rarely and only when it is genuinely useful: new features, a sober look at the market, honest advice on buying, selling and renting.

What is English here, and what is not

The marketing pages you can reach from the menu above are written in English. Pages that are still German only are marked with a small DE in the footer. The analysis tool itself, the sign-in page and the sample report are currently German.

Legal texts stay in German on purpose. A machine translation of a liability clause is worth nothing in a dispute, and the German wording is the one that counts. You can read them under legal notice, privacy and terms.

Our newsletter is a German PDF, and a few illustrations on this site still show German labels, for example the example floor plan and the newsletter cover. We would rather say so than hide it behind an English caption.
